TERMS OF SERVICE
General Payment Terms:-Payments will be made through Paypal.-Half of the payment will be received before beginning the commission (non-refundable).-After the buyer has approved the initial sketch, the rest of the payment is due before the final product is made.-I will do one free change before charging an additional $4 for each change.-Refunds for the second payment are only available if I fail to complete the piece.-Pricing may change based on the complexity of request.Art Commission Process:-I have the right to, for whatever reason, refuse a commission request.-Commissions are done on a first come, first served basis.-Once I start your commission, the process may take anywhere from one to three weeks depending on my work schedule and the complexity of the artwork.-The client shall be updated throughout the commission process.Usage:-The client may use the artwork for personal purposes. If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee may apply.-If the client plans on posting the artwork to social media, the client must credit me first.-I reserve the right to post the completed commission on my own social media accounts.-The client may not pass off the artwork as their own.-Absolutely under no circumstances may the client resell my artwork as an NFT.-The client may not alter the artwork–unless discussed first.
Will Draw:
-OCs (non-furry/robot)
-Fanart
-Pictures with minimal blood
Won't Draw:-Furries/Robots (can't draw them :( )
-NSFW (yet)
-Excessive blood/gore
-Complex backgrounds/landscapes
-Homophobic/transphobic/racist situations

Simple coloring--nothing fancy.

Background Addition
Simple Background: +$8
Simple backgrounds include basic shapes like squares, swirls, stars, circles, etc.
Background with some detail: +$20
These backgrounds usually have one to three props--usually furniture--but it can also be simple shadow creatures in my case. Can include walls, but NOT full buildings
Background with major detail: +$50
Majorly detailed backgrounds have 4 or more props. Buildings fall under this category.
THIS OPTION IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
